Prince, the global brand of tennis owned by Authentic Brands Group (ABG), signed a deal with Pajar Canada for its footwear. This will allow it to expand its lifestyle offerings.

Prince will expand its lifestyle collection for men and women through this partnership. This is part of its plan to improve its off-court style. The new collection will include strong sport silhouettes featuring details such as heritage woven labels, Terry cloth linings and ultra-lightweight, injected comfort insoles.

Taryn Washenik is senior vice president fashion, classics, and outdoor at ABG. She stated in a statement that Pajar Canada is a trusted footwear operator. This brings generations of experience to the important category for Prince. This partnership will allow Prince to expand its lifestyle offerings and attract new fashion tastemakers.

Pajar Canada president Jacques Golbert said: “We challenged the design team to create a shoe collection that authentically embodies both the heritage and style this iconic brand. We are excited to increase the demand for Prince through unique design elements and trend details in this new product line.”

Pajar Canada, a fifth-generation family-owned shoe company, was founded in 1963. Pajar, a full-service footwear and outerwear company, is located in Montreal, Quebec.

In summer 2022, the new Prince footwear collection will become available in the USA and Canada at select department stores and specialty retailers.
