Chris Pratt has been named as the official ambassador for TravisMathew, a lifestyle and golf brand.

Pratt, who is also an Ambassador for the Special Olympics, will launch the partnership with a charity flash sale. The Special Olympics is an organization that aims to end discrimination against persons with intellectual disabilities. TravisMathew pledged to donate at least one million dollars to the Special Olympics.

Pratt was made a Global Ambassador of the Special Olympics in October. He supports the Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools program and the Special Olympics Unified Sports program, which promotes inclusion and acceptance of students with intellectual disabilities around the world.

Chris Pratt stated, “I am thrilled to officially partner TravisMathew. A brand I have worn on and off the course for a while,” “TravisMathew shares my mission to do good, and I am humbled to be able to use this partnership to donate to Special Olympics, which is near and dear to me.”

Customers can now enjoy up to 60% off certain products of the brand, with all proceeds going to the Special Olympics.

Pratt will become the brand’s first ambassador in the entertainment sector, joining an elite group of athletes like John Rahm, Matt Ryan, and Alex Caruso.

Ryan Ellis, CEO of TravisMathew said that the initial conversations with Chris focused on partnering with Chris to give back. He used his brand and even greater following to raise awareness, and eventually generate the largest charitable donation in TravisMathew’s history. “While we are used to signing ambassadors in the sport world, TravisMathew is equal parts lifestyle and sport, so Chris was an ideal fit.”
