manager_1 Ralph Lauren’s next limited-edition collection has been unveiled in partnership with Major League Baseball (MLB). It features items for Yankees, Dodgers, and Red Sox.
The capsule was released in time for fall and combines sportswear with modern design to create luxe everyday wear pieces. The new collection includes wool baseball jackets with leather patches, fleece-hoodies, joggers and canvas totes. Each team has their own colourway.
They teamed up in May to create a spring collection that featured satin jackets inspired from Lauren’s ceremonial pitch at the Yankee Stadium in 2018. Lauren’s passion for the sport led to Lauren designing three collections for multiple teams.
This premium fashion label has had a number of sports partnerships over the years. The most recent was with the US Open. For which, the label produced lines both on-court as well as off-court.
The capsules will be available in a variety of online and physical stores including The Polo App US, UK, MLB online and offline stores, and select stadium stores. A second collection, featuring brand-related icons, will be available for the holiday season.
