Joe Browns, a fashion retailer, has been named the recipient of the Investors in People Standard. This award recognises Joe Browns’ leadership, commitment to values and its performance.

This award recognizes the importance of people in the company and helps to boost the brand’s sustainable growth ambitions. The brand’s three pillars include ‘Product’ as well as ‘Places’ as they are all built to support the company’s continued growth ambitions.

This announcement comes after Joe Browns’ recently revealed strategy to achieve annual sales of 100million pounds by 2026. It represents a 138 per cent increase in the current turnover. Retailer Joe Browns announced recently that the fall/winter 2021 season saw cumulative growth of 68 percent year over year, which it claimed proved that the strategy was starting to work.

Simon Brown, the founder of Joe Browns, stated in a release that “Our people are more important than ever now to the success of Joe Browns”

“To say the past year has been difficult is an understatement because of external pressures,” he continued. Joe Browns has done everything possible to keep the product great at great prices throughout the pandemic. I want to take this opportunity to thank them for their support.
