I believe I saw her style cargo pants with a sequined jacket once and thought: That whole outfit is amazing! Also, I remember a memorable run with cargo pants in 2001. These pants are so ridiculously uncomfortable.
The short answer is that Jenna Lyons and were on to something. The utilitarian-looking pants were transformed by Jenna Lyons and her team with slim-fit tees and fashion-forward frills (read sequins, heels). There are many options for cargos, and you don’t need to dress like you did in seventh grade. Except if you really want them to (in which case you are far cooler than me).
