Abercrombie & Fitch opens Regent Street store

Abercrombie & Fitch is a renown US fashion brand. This September, it opened a new shop on London’s Regent Street.

The brand’s new prototype format is featured in the store, which “provides an intimate, omni-enabled brand environment for local Abercrombie adult and Abercrombie children customers”.

Abercrombie & Fitch’s global brand president, Kristin Scott, said that the new store shows the company’s commitment to the EMEA markets and its ongoing investment in and enhancement of physical retail locations around the world.

She stated that “these smaller, more intimate spaces better resonates with our customers and the omnichannel functionalities offer a seamless shopping experience.”

The store has fitting rooms with adjustable lighting, music controls, a phone charging dock and buttons that allow customers to notify associates when they are ready for the room or when they need additional sizes.

You can also shop online and order in-store, reserve in store or ship from the store.
