The Tech Trailblazers Awards target small businesses under seven years of age and are funded through C-series or lower.
Chang was awarded the Female CxO Trailblazers category at this year’s Tech Trailblazers Awards.
This award is given to individuals who exhibit key leadership qualities, such as innovation, diversity promotion and encouraging agile practices.
