The third piece is what makes it shine. It can be a jacket, vest, scarf or sweater. Or even a cool accessory to pull your outfit together, such as a hat or piece of jewelry. It’s usually a jacket or blazer, but it happens most often in the Midwest. Don’t lose your cool! I mentioned fall in August.
